榴莲千层饼




榴莲季节到来了,好多地方都在售卖榴莲,而且价格都很便宜哦!!前天老公下班后还特地兜去大巴窑买了一些回来,昨天还剩一些,决定把它制成榴莲千层饼,这种饼做好后一定要放冰箱才会好吃。。Photobucket
准备材料是容易,可是煎饼皮就比较考功夫了,火喉不可太大,又要一片一片慢慢煎,蛮浪费时间的,不过看家人吃得津津有味的,也算值得啦。。。
曾经在安琪蛋糕店买过,他是用一片饼皮,卷成薄饼形的,一条卖2,3块哦。。还有在宏茂桥HDB Hub里头也是卖类似这种的,每天可以看到长长的人龙,就是被它的榴莲味吸引而来的,哈哈......Photobucket

  10. hihi..i just visit ur blog n i found out dis post abt "榴莲千层饼"..it really look delicious n nice. actually i hv found it for quite a long time n i know it can be found in some cake shop but it really cost a lot..so, may i ask for the recipe, pls?..if cn not, then is ok..thx =)
