香料烤鸡

这是一道很棒的西式烤鸡,味道很像我们在外面吃的西餐,在烘的当儿,哇!香味充斥着整个厨房,刚刚出炉我就迫不及待,要试试它的味道如何。

mmmm。。。不错,还以为鸡胸会很硬很涩,可是它完全没有哦。。还很鲜润多汁噢。。Photobucket

鸡的腌料有:主角:混合香料,迷迭香,黑胡椒,盐,柠檬皮。。。涂抹整个鸡身,腌约4小时,然后烘至金黄色即可。

迷迭香很难找得到,到cold storage那里也找不到(可能那天没有货吧),只好把它省略掉,下次有再买来试试。。

    你舍得用做蛋糕的烤箱来烤鸡啊,不怕弄脏去不掉吗?还是已经stain了就不管那么多了,嘻嘻~

  4. Hi Sally, I love the smell when the chicken is roasting away in the oven!
    You can get fresh Rosemary at Carrefour too. Otherwise you can use dried ones...like the bottled mixed herbs you use. I read that the fragrance from the dried ones are as good as the fresh ones.

    i saw the dried rosemary but did not dare to buy as i thought the taste would be different.
