蒜香炸肉


我的格子又再起肖了,
每天的新博文,总要等到十多个小时才更新,
最近更严重,要等到隔天才看到更新呢!。。
试了很多方法,也向儿子求救,还是没办法。。唉!
格友们,如果知道可以帮帮我吗?。。谢谢


好久没有吃炸肉了,
买了几条三层肉,回来炸一炸,
香香脆脆的,小孩们最喜欢了。。。



蒜香炸肉食谱;

三层肉 1/2kg
蒜头 4-5瓣 (剁成茸)
五香粉 1/2tsp
海盐 1/2tsp
糖 1/2tsp
生抽 2tsp
花雕酒 2tsp
蚝油2tsp
胡椒粉适量
麻油 适量
(调味请以自己的口味做调整)


粘面;薯粉适量

做法;
1,把肉洗净,抹干,加入所有调味料拌匀,
放入冰箱让它腌制几个小时。

2,要炸时将肉取出回温,将蒜蓉弄掉,以免炸时焦苦,
再抹上适量的薯粉,待20分钟后,以中火炸至熟或金黄,即可。

3,将肉片切块上碟即可享用。

    Can I please have the recipe in English? I tried using Google Translate but some parts just didn't make any sense.

    1. Hi glad you enjoy reading my blog, here is the recipe:

      Pork belly 1/2kg
      Garlic 4-5 pieces finely chopped
      5 spices powder 1/2 tsp
      Salt 1/2 tsp
      Sugar 1/2 tsp
      Soya sauce 2 tsp
      Chinese wine 2 tsp
      Oyster sauce 2 tsp
      White pepper (powder) to taste
      Sesame oil to taste
      Tapioca flour to coat

      Steps:
      Clean pork belly and dry. Marinate seasoning and refrigerate for a few hours
      Leave in room temperature before frying
      Clean garlic well to prevent a bitter taste after frying
      Coat pork belly with tapioca flour, wait for 20 minutes and fry with medium heat
